Petworth Arts Collaborative has been putting on the First Friday events filled with art, music, great shopping deals and more along Upshur Street for a year. This Friday, founders Sara Herrera and Maria Mandle are throwing a party to celebrate the Collaborative's birthday.

The First Birthday Celebration will start out at Petworth Citizen with drinks and toasting to its first year of ART & COMMUNITY ACTIVATION, then they're heading out to take a group photo at the Petworth mural. Come celebrate with this amazing group of local neighbors who volunteer their time to work hard to add exciting cultural events and experiences to Petworth.

When: Friday, December 1st at 6pm at Petworth Citizen.

The 3rd Floor above Slim's Diner for music, food, and a birthday celebration with treats....come help us blow out that candle! We are excited to have artist Frida Larios, display her work at Hank's Cocktail Bar, definitely check it out plus installations by Indigenious Design Collective.
