The Petworth Arts Collaborative is sponsoring a two-day event featuring a live mariachi band street procession, altar-making workshops, calavera face painting, a student art show, a traditional ballet folklorico performance and more!

A new art event joins the active line-up of community programs centered on the Petworth Park on Saturday, June 2nd from 4pm to 9pm. A brainchild of the Petworth Arts Collaborative (PAC), Petworth Arts Fest will feature various professional DC artists, live installations and performances to engage neighbors and our surrounding community through the arts. And they’re looking for volunteers to help make it happen!

The First Birthday Celebration will start out at Petworth Citizen with drinks and toasting to its first year of ART & COMMUNITY ACTIVATION, then they're heading out to take a group photo at the Petworth mural.
