The Lower Georgia Avenue Main Street organization gave out awards for the local businesses who participated in the Holiday Lights competition (over 60 businesses signed up!). It was heartening to see so many businesses take pride in Georgia Avenue and decorating for the holidays, no matter their backgrounds and type of business.
