The Truth Among Liars art and culture temporary pop-up opens on Wednesday at 810 Upshur Street NW, featuring a gallery of some amazing local artists, music and a bar (6pm-12am) until June 9th.
First Fridays is this Friday, June 1st on Upshur Street!
Join Petworth Arts Collaborative on Friday June 1st from 6pm-9pm, for a Ladies of Summer First Friday, celebrating DC women artists curated by Petworth's newest art venue, Art of Noize.
The evening will consist of performance, visual and culinary arts by SongRise DC, J'Nell Jordan and Kyla Hill.
In addition, catch the beautiful work by DC artist Sabiyha Prince as part of a two-month artist residency at Hank's Cocktail Bar and listen to the sweet tunes of DJ Rita B at Fias Fabulous Finds as you Sip, Dance and Shop the night away.

Then Saturday, June 2nd... get artistic in the Park!
Join the Petworth Arts Collaborative for the first annual Petworth Arts Fest June 2nd from 4-9pm at the Petworth Rec Center (801 Taylor St NW).
You can create beautiful art along side professional artists in a variety of activities from a large-scale woven installation along the fence, to a 20 foot nature-inspired mandala pattern on the basketball court.
Come out ready to experience and be inspired by live performances, a kids' open mic with Bloombars, live pottery throwing, live mural painting, a 10-foot tall Lincoln Top Hat activity with President Lincoln’s Cottage, and more!
