Read MoreThe historic Chez Billy location is about to reopen at Ten Tigers Parlour. Described as a "Victorian Era / Asian-styled neighborhood bar that serves dim sum, dumplings and small salads," the new restaurant's menu will be crafted by Chef Tim Ma. There will be coffee and pastries during the day.

The new restaurant had two preview nights this week to help the staff practice and get ready for the opening. My wife Heather and I attended the second night on Friday, and had a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful, especially after a year long tear down and renovation.
