Even a simple renovation can add a ton of value when you go to sell your home [sponsored]

The spacious three bedroom, two bath home at 248 Division Avenue NE needed a lot of work. The owners were looking to sell, and knew they needed help.
Working with the owners, I took some time to go through the house and evaluate what needed to be done to prepare the house to sell, and get the best return on investment. Once we had an idea of the work that was needed, I had a contractor bid the work and then I fronted the money to get the work done.
How did we end up?
We completely renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms. Now they look inviting to potential home owners who can visualize themselves in those spaces.
We installed new floors and carpet throughout the house, and replaced broken windows.
To help the backyard be a place that the new owners would want to spend time, a new deck and landscaping were added.
And the entire house was repainted inside and out.
Once we put the house on the market, we received multiple offers and the house was under contract in nine days. The seller then reimbursed us at settlement.
There are many homes that need some additional, even simple, fixes and love that, when the time comes, will then sell at a great return. Want to know more? Ask me!
