The popular Celebrate Petworth Festival is coming up on September 18th on the 800 block of Upshur, and once again, there’s going to be a Dog Show!

This year’s Dog Show is raising funds for Lucky Dog Animal Rescue and includes a fun talent show presented by Patrick’s Pet Care's force-free dog training department, the show sponsor. Dog water stations will be available at marked locations throughout the festival, courtesy of Patrick's Pet Care.

There are great prizes for dogs and their humans! This year, every participant will receive a gift bag. In addition, the first, second AND third place winners of each category will receive amazing prizes from local businesses. More than $700 in prizes to give away this year!

Show off your pup’s skills!
There are 5 show categories – four selected by our judges panel and one determined by the audience.

Best Dressed: Does your dog dress to impress? Give your pup a chance to show off their fashion style.
Early Halloween Costume: Whether you already have this year’s Halloween costume picked out or are dying to re-use last year’s, we can’t wait to see your pup all dressed up.
Owner or Dog Sibling Look-a-like: Have people said you and your dog look alike? Or do you have two pups who are twinsies?
Coolest Trick: Give your dog a chance to demonstrate their best trick!
Audience Favorite: YOU decide who will win Audience Favorite 2022. Attendees will be asked to vote for their favorite by cheering and clapping.

Prizes: $700+ in prizes available, including gift cards to local businesses, dog treats and more.

A portion of your registration fee ($5 early bird / $10 regular) will be donated to Lucky Dog Animal Rescue.
