Come enjoy Petworth Dance at the Petworth Park on Saturday
/Petworth Dance is excited to present another season of FREE outdoor performances on August 5th at 8pm at the Petworth Park (8th and Taylor Streets NW).
The evening will culminate with four beautiful and thought provoking works from DC dance artists Tarik O'Meally, ArasDance, darlingdance and Brynna Shank.
Join us as we transform the Petworth Recreation Center's basketball court into our performance space on Saturday August 5th at 8:00pm.
Bring a picnic blanket or chairs, bring friends, family, and loved ones to enjoy an evening of FREE outdoor dance under the DC city sky.
Please note there will be no food trucks at the Petworth Dance performance because we have some rockin' restaurants in our neighborhood. One being Hank's Cocktail Bar who will offer a special picnic boxed meal. You can choose from a BLT, a Ham and Swiss Wrap, or an Avocado Sprout Wrap all served with chips, coleslaw and a bottle of water for $14.00. Plus Mocktails for $2.00!
