Gunshots at Taylor & Kansas Ave

MPD responded to a report of gunshots this afternoon at the intersection of Taylor and Kansas Avenue NW (this is PSA 404).  According to MPD, six .40 caliber shell casings were found. They were unable to find any property damage, and no injuries or victims reported.

"Appears to be another incident of someone shooting up in the air," one MPD officer told me. 

A witness reports seeing a black Honda civic with unknown DC tags speeding northbound on Kansas Ave, but that may not be related.
