If you have a youngster at West Elementary (1338 Farragut St NW) or live in the area, the school is holding a fundraiser next weekend to help get computers and other classroom supplies. Considering the time of year, they're selling Christmas trees and wreaths.

Here's their message:

West Education Campus will be holding it’s 2nd Annual Christmas Tree & Wreath Sale -- the next Saturday and Sunday (12/5 & 12/6) from 9am-4 pm. We have 5' - 8' Fraser Firs and wreaths for sale.

We are located on 14th Street, NW between Farragut and Gallatin Streets. Come out and please support your local neighborhood DC Public School!

Last year, thanks to your support, we were able to provide 30 brand new laptops to this awesome school. So please consider stopping by and buying a Tree and/or Wreath, or even just making a donation (Remember, we are a 501(c)(3) charity, so a portion of your purchase is tax-deductible, and 100% of any outright donations is deductible! Please spread the word to friends and neighbors as well!
