A man was stabbed on the 800 block of Kennedy Street on Saturday, April 23rd sometime before 10:23pm (when MPD responded). The victim, 38-year-old Dimas Fuentes-Lazo, later succumbed to his wounds at a local hospital. Police are seeking a "person of interest" to question. See a video >

Read MoreMultiple home burglaries that occurred recently along the 3800 block of Georgia Avenue and one on Quincy have been closed with the arrest on Wednesday of a suspect. According to MPD, they arrested 33 year old Tremaine McDowell of Northwest DC. He was charged with three counts of Burglary One and one count of Burglary Two. Good work MPD!
